With more than 29 years experience in the building industry across New Zealand and Australia, Graeme Dubar is a highly skilled BOINZ-accredited building surveyor dedicated to delivering thorough, independent property inspections. Since 2012, he has been the lead building surveyor for AA House Checks, conducting more than 5,000 property inspections across the Canterbury region.  Graeme holds a Trade Certificate in Carpentry and has completed specialized BOINZ qualifications, including:

BOINZ Level 1 – NZS 4306:2005 Residential Property Inspections

BOINZ Level 2 – Earthquake Damage Property Inspections

BOINZ TA013 E2 Weathertightness Course (2017)

His expertise extends to earthquake damage assessments, having worked as an estimator for the New Zealand Earthquake Commission (EQC) in 2011, providing in-depth evaluations of earthquake-affected properties.  With a meticulous approach and BOINZ-accredited certification (No: 30000301), Graeme ensures that every property inspection, pre-purchase report, pre-sales report and earthquake assessment is carried out with the highest level of accuracy, professionalism, and integrity.
